Pending Order

I am extremely discouraged with your customer service because I have emailed your company once and also left a message for the online support with no response.

I placed an order on 07/09/11 for edu. backlinks and the ad stated it would take "1" business day to complete.  Well I understand things take time but it has been almost two weeks and I am still waiting for my order to be completed?
